German-born, Melbourne-based volunteer, Rebecca Krings, has hit the Tanzanian tarmac. Flying from Melbourne into Mt Kilimanjaro earlier this week, Kringsy, was allowed a day’s recovery before being thrown the details of her volunteering role with Kesho Leo. Kringsy will become Kesho Leo’s “volunteer leader”, a role that ensures all volunteers are facilitated to offer their best during their stint in Sinon. Kringsy will also be responsible for educating the Kesho Leo labourers and guards in English.
