We thought we might put this really bold fundraising idea, called The Final Founding Fifty, out there for you to onpass to your friends, your loaded Aunt Maeve, any filthy rich people you passed in the street once…whoever.

the final founding fifty concept:

fws is looking for The Final Founding Fifty. These are 50 people who will now each donate $2,000 (tax deductible) to fws for the completion of the building of Kesho Leo children’s village. One hundred per cent of this donation goes directly to cause (ie, a 20 per cent admin fee will not be taken).

Lots of glamour involved too (which is why Rebecka was so quick to sign up and donate!) – we’re putting your name here (on the website) till we get all 50 of you listed.

That done, we’ll transfer your names onto a plaque that sits in the admin of Kesho Leo (next to all those who’ve already donated – who we refer to as The First Founding Five Hundred!), but with your own status as The Final Founding Fifty. Yes, yes, we’ll point out your name when you visit us in Tanzania!
